Recently I photographed a wedding and wanted to present the photos to the couple in a special way. I give all photos to the client on a USB but it’s a nice gesture to give a little extra. I found a cute box in my local town and went from there.
I also bought a USB in the style of a key which is perfect for storing wedding and family photos on. I found a small metal ‘Mr and Mrs’ tag in a hand crafted gifts shop and tied it to the USB stick.
Along with the USB I popped some mini printed photos from their wedding and a couple of packets of love hearts, as those were in bowls on tables throughout the day. Part of the theme of the wedding was blue butterflies so I included a blue butterfly hanging decoration. When giving clients their wedding photos I like to keep to their chosen theme to keep it personal to them.
I love giving these kinds of gifts and cannot wait to photograph more and more weddings. What do you think of this thoughtful gift for clients? As a photographer, how do you present your photos to clients?
